I love food. All shapes, sizes, and preparations. From the sheer succulence of a braised short rib like Chef Zac Pallazio's at 5 Ninth, to the sweet, rich loveliness that is the deep-fryed Oreos at RUB... it's all grand and glorious.
Living in NYC is such a blessing because we have the best of the best here. This is especially true when it comes to restos and their bounty. I grew up outside the city and came here many times as a child.
